They are earthquake proof, fireproof and can be fully self-supporting as well with sun cells and Tesla style powerwalls and biological degradable canal systems. Your first home or family house or temporary bar or even office can be built from new containers. Within a few days. Why spend renting an office and a bar, when you can rent a container office or bar at 60% of the fees in a leasing scheme and after 5 years, you can own your own location. Life is short and fast-paced. You have to think and react fast, too.
